What is a pre-sale?

You’ll have early access to shop our line prior to the official launch. This allows you to secure the items and sizing of your choice while taking advantage of our buy-one, get-one limited time offer.

How do I shop the pre-sale?

Unfortunately, our pre-sale wrapped up on December 31^st, 2020. Thank you to all those who took part!

When will my item arrive?

Pre-sale items will ship in early 2021. Once your order is placed, we’ll follow up with emails throughout the process, so you are aware of the order’s status.

Can I change the style or size of an item within my pre-sale order?

Yes! If you need to make any changes to the size or style, please contact us directly at hello@lolaactivewear.com. We’ll update your order manually and send you a confirmation with the changes made.

Can I cancel my pre-sale order?

If you change your mind, please contact hello@lolaactivewear.com so we can cancel the order for you. This must be done prior to our pre-sale closing on December 31^st, 2020.

Can pre-sale items I ordered be returned?

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your pre-sale order within 15 days of receipt. Follow the normal return or exchange procedure or reach out to hello@lolaactivewear.com for assistance.
