Returns + Exchanges
Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know if you’d like a different size, an exchange, or a refund. We’re happy to offer complimentary returns and exchanges at LOLA Activewear providing the following criteria have been met:
- Items must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
Should you wish to return an item, you will receive a full refund or merchandise credit within 15 days from the date of receipt. After 15 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Need A Different Size?
There’s no cost to exchange your purchase. Please follow the steps below to proceed with exchanging the item.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE:
- If you have made the purchase as a registered user: log in with your username and password. You can request a return under the order details.
- If you have made your purchase as a guest: request a return by clicking on the link included in any of the emails we've sent you regarding your order.
- From there:
- Click on ‘Create Exchange / Return’ and choose the reason for the return. If you’d like an exchange, select your preferred size. If you’re exchanging for a new size, we’ll hold the size you’ve requested while we wait for your return. No need for FOMO while the exchange is in transit.
- Check the box to agree with our Return Policy. We’ll then send you an email with your return instructions.
- Arrange your free collection with the courier who delivered your purchase.
We'll email you a label to attach to the return package which you can place in the mail or drop off at any courier location. Remember, your return parcel must be post marked within a 15 day time frame from the date of receipt.
Refunds will be returned to the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase. You will receive the return email confirmation once the return has been completed. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times by payment providers.
